The service
mypalms provides AI-powered palm reading. You upload a photograph of your palm, our system analyses it using our AI, and returns a personalised palm reading report classifying you into one of four hand archetypes with insights on your personality, life themes, and more. For entertainment purposes only.
Pricing and payment
A palm reading costs £4.99, paid once via Stripe Checkout. All prices include VAT where applicable. We never see or store your card details; all payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe.
Refunds
Your report is delivered immediately after purchase, via the web and as a downloadable PDF sent to your email. By purchasing, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 would normally be waived. However, we still offer a full refund within 14 days, no questions asked. Contact [email protected] with your account email. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
One-time purchase
All palm readings are one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, no recurring charges, no auto-renewals. You pay once and your reading is yours to keep.
Your photos
Photos are processed in temporary memory (tmpfs) only and deleted within 60 seconds of analysis. They are never written to persistent storage, never shared with third parties beyond the analysis provider (Anthropic), and never used for AI training. Palm reading is for entertainment purposes only. It is not medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. You should not rely on your reading to make health, financial, legal, or life decisions. Our AI provides personalised insights based on the photograph you supply. Results may vary with lighting conditions, camera quality, and other factors. We never predict death, serious illness, or specific dates. We make no guarantee that results will match those of a traditional palmist or any other practitioner.
Age restriction
mypalms is available to users aged 18 and over. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We require age confirmation during onboarding and will delete accounts found to belong to users under 18.
Acceptable use
You may use mypalms for personal, non-commercial palm reading only. You may not: (a) analyse photographs of other people without their consent; (b) reverse engineer the analysis pipeline; (c) scrape or redistribute report content at scale; (d) use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The mypalms name, logo, design system, and report templates are our intellectual property. Your palm reading report is yours to keep, share, and use personally. You may not resell or commercially redistribute the report content.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, mypalms is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any actions taken on the basis of your palm reading results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. You acknowledge that your reading is AI-generated entertainment and accept full responsibility for any decisions you make based on its content.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with our privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and mypalms relating to your use of the service.
England and Wales.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
